Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Schoolville Referral Program enables current students, alumni, parents, instructors, community ambassadors, and corporate partners to earn rewards by referring new participants to Schoolville's programs and products. The program is designed to reward genuine recommendations that help grow the Schoolville community.

2. Eligibility

The Schoolville Referral Program is open to current students, alumni, parents, instructors, community ambassadors, and corporate partners. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate. Each participant must have a valid Schoolville referral account.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral occurs when a new student or institution enrols in a Schoolville program or purchases a Schoolville product using your unique referral link or code. Self-referrals do not qualify for rewards. The referred party must be a new customer who has not previously enrolled in the specific program.

Cash rewards are processed within 30 days after the referred party completes their enrolment and verification process. The minimum payout threshold is ₦5,000 or $10 USD equivalent. Payouts are made via bank transfer or mobile money to the account registered in your referral dashboard.

6. Referral Tracking

All referrals are tracked through your unique referral link or code. Referrals are attributed on a first-click basis — the first referrer whose link is used receives credit. You can monitor all referral activity, conversions, and payouts in real-time through your personal referral dashboard.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any deceptive practices. Referrals must be based on genuine recommendations. Schoolville reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold rewards for any violations of these guidelines.

8. Data Privacy

All personal data collected through the referral program is handled in accordance with Schoolville's Privacy Policy. Referrer and referee information is kept confidential and is only used for program administration and reward processing.

9. Program Modifications

Schoolville reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or change the reward structure at any time. Any referrals made prior to such changes will be honored under the terms active at the time of the referral. Participants will be notified of material changes via email.
